Purchase & Shipping policies
PRICING
We do our best to make sure that prices on our website are accurate but errors can happen. If we find an error in the pricing of a product that is already part of an order, we will contact you as soon as possible and we will ask you to reconfirm your order with the revised pricing yo also the option to cancel your order.
ORDERING
When you have completed your order, you will be sent email confirmation. It will sate what the products are on order, the total cost including taxes(where appropriate) and Post & Package charges, together with delivery and invoice details. If for any reason your order cannot be precessed, a member of the customer services team will contact you to explain the nature of the difficulty.
Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order and stated in the Order confirmation. Please note that occasionnally goods ordered may be sent to you in instalments. We will make every effort to advise you (by email) if this is the case. If an error is found in your address, please notify us as soon as possible via email : info@globall.ca
PAYMENT
All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, your order will not be accepted and Globall Distribution will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
PROMOTIONS
Promotion codes are only valid for a limited period of time. The expiry date will be publicised with the relevant promotion code.
Globall Distribution reserves the right to decline to accept orders where in its opinion, a promotion code is invalid for the order being placed.
Only one promotion code can be used per order.
Promotion codes are not valid in conjunction with any other promotion. Offer is not valid on sale items or other discounted items.
In the event of product returns, refunds will be given for cash used in the original purchase once the discount is applied, less any shipping costs charged on the original order. In the event of part of the order being returned, the value of the discount applied on that order will be spread between the goods proportionately. The sum in cash exceeding this value, less any shipping costs charged on the original order will be returned to the customer. The promotional discount will not be applied to replacement items, if the offer is still valid at the time of making a return - you should place a new order using the original promotional code.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All stock orders will be shipped within 3 business days via your chosen shipping method. Backordered or non-stock items will be shipped as soon as item received from manufacturer. If any delays are to be expected, we will contact you by email to advise. Different shipping methods are offered.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
All qualifying products must be returned in a new or unused condition with all original materials in their original packaging. Return shipping cost will be assumed by the customer.
Globall Distribution reserves the right to decline any product return or replacement that is considered as abusive or non-standard use bye the customer.
Any returned product must be accompanied by a return number called RMA obtained beforehand via our website and this at the sole discretion of Globall Distribution.
REPAYMENT
The items subject to reimbursement will be reimbursed as a credit on globall.ca applicable on your next purchase.
The amount reimbursed will be equal to the original purchase value (including the promotion terms) less shipping charges.
Return shipping charges are customer's responsibility.
Please note : A 20% return fee will be charged for any new charged for any new product or open box. These fees are called «Restocking charge».
